Art Brussels : David Brognon & Stéphanie Rollin win Best Solo Show

David Brognon & Stéphanie Rollin win best Pirelli Solo Show. The solo shows present work by established and upcoming artists and are spread throughout the 2 halls of the fair. Galleries have the opportunity to make a distinctive statement by presenting one specific project by an individual artist. This gives the visitor the opportunity to discover the work of an artist at greater depth. David Brognon & Stéphanie Rollin lives between Paris and Luxembourg. Their raw material based on society is often marginal, including the recurring themes of confinement and control. They compare systems of confinement with their own systems refracting reality, prisms customized to stimulate ephemeral minimalist rainbows in scathing poetry.
